Anti-cheat system

Fraudulent accounts will be subject to penalties depending on the severity. To ensure fairness for all users, iHero has developed three mechanisms used to prevent cheating in the game including:

• GPS Tracking

• Motion sensors and health parameters

• Machine learning to detect fraud through data simulation

Devices that are jailbroken, rooted, or with altered operating systems will not be activated.

If users transfer a Hero from one account to another, the Hero will be temporarily locked for a period of time. During the lock time, users cannot use this Hero.

Note:

• Losing Stamina by listing Hero on the marketplace will NOT burn or delete the Chest.

• We will not assist you in recovering assets lost due to the use of fake software or GPS hacks.
